Groups
Black Group - Coach Serena
The Black group is the beginning level of PCAT. Swimmers that are moving up from Pre-Cat or just joining their first swim team will be in this group. The Black group is designed to help swimmers learn proper mechanics of each stroke and the beginning fundamentals of competitive swimming. Swimmers are introduced to the basic training techniques and drill components of the team. The age range is generally swimmers 12 and under. This group has beginning competitive swimmers as well as swimmers that have qualified for JO's.
Silver Group - Coach Mike
The Silver group is the middle level of PCAT. In this group, the emphasis shifts toward efficient training and developing endurance. Swimmers in the Silver group are expected to make more of a commitment to swimming and start making it a priority. The age range is 11 and up. Swimmers in this group usually have multiple JO qualifying times or have just aged-up into an a new division and are getting close to having JO qualifying times.
Red Group - Coach Mike
The Red group is the highest level of PCAT. This group focuses on higher intensity training and higher yardage with higher expectations. Swimmers in this group are expected to make swimming a main priority. The age range is generally 13 and up. Swimmers in this group are among the top swimmers in their age group, have multiple JO qualifying times and are focusing on qualifying for meets like Zones, Sectionals, Jr. Nats, etc.
Monthly Dues - Effectice Sept. 1, 2008
The monthly dues are as follows. Dues can either be paid to Mike, Serena or Todd (This isn't to be difficult, but to ensure that PCAT can track who has paid.) Please make checks payable to PCAC.
Dues need to be paid by the 10th of the month. There is a $5 late fee for dues paid after the 10th.

Silver & Red Groups - Fins, Catalyst Paddles, Freestyle Snorkel (mesh bag optional)
